Business Start Up Support

Description

We are seeking some coaching or mentoring from an expereinced construction professional to support us during the start-up phase of our Community Interest Company, Buildu Scotland.

Who we are:

Buildu Scotland, a C.I.C working in Construction and related trades supporting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds access training opportunities and support onto a positive destination such as employment.

 

 

Our ask: 

As a small Community Interest Company we aim to support individuals onto a positive destination, including employment.

Support from a large Construction Company with Mentorship or Coaching would be beneficial to help us during our start-up phase to access industry contacts and connections to support our partner working and guidance on winning and procuring new projects which will in turn provide live projects for us to use as a training platform to help the individuals we are supporting.
