East Lothian is a great place to live and work and many community groups work tirelessly to plug the gaps in services and make it a happy and thriving community. They do this with limited funds, and they need your help. See how you can help, from engaging with the East Lothian Climate Hub, to creating opportunities to help young people thrive or gifts for volunteers who give their time to help local people achieve good mental health. A small contribution can have an incredible impact on the community.

  ‘Respitality’ is a Scottish government-backed initiative delivered locally by ‘Carers of East Lothian’. Respitality aims to provide a short, vital break from routine for unpaid carers in Scotland when they need it most.

• Gifts and cakes for Volunteers

  Changes East Lothian has up to 50 volunteers (many with their own mental ill health struggles), and we love taking the opportunity to say thank you and host four volunteer celebration events each year. Our Christmas Celebration Event is on Monday the 9th of December.
