Who

Changes East Lothian is a charity that aims to enable people to achieve and maintain good mental health and wellbeing through support groups and courses, one-to-one therapy, and wellbeing activities. 

 

What

Changes East Lothian has up to 50 volunteers (many with their own mental ill health struggles) and we love taking the opportunity to say thank you during Volunteer Week (from 6 June).  

 

 

 

Ask:

We are hiring a venue to celebrate our volunteers during Volunteer Week. It is so important to us to value them as they support the community to recover and feel well. Valuing our volunteers really supports them to stay longer and boosts confidence.

We have planned a range of wellbeing activities and would love to offer cake and gifts if possible. We would love to buy them little gifts of some kind (usually something like seeds to plant, a candle or chocolate) and offer them some cakes.
