Castlebrae Community High School's Christmas appeal has received a generous boost thanks to a £300 donation from McLaughlin & Harvey.
The firm are currently in the construction process of the nearby Usher Institute for the University of Edinburgh - funded by the Edinburgh & South East Scotland City Region Deal.
As part of this, they have undertaken support for a range of causes in the region - having previously donated to Edinburgh School Uniform Bank and volunteered at Fresh Start.
The School's Christmas appeal is raising donations towards supporting families with a range of essentials and gifts for children and young people.
