Cambridge Bioscience supports Super Power Agency
Cambridge Bioscience is a UK Distributor for Life Science products for medical research, based in Cambridge.
As part of their supply contract with the University of Edinburgh, they are asked to engage with the ESES Communities Team to explore opportunities for social value investment in Edinburgh and Southeast Scotland. This is the second year of collaborating. Through this contact, they were introduced to Super Power Agency.
Super Power Agency is a literacy charity based in Edinburgh. Its writing programmes allow young people to discover their confidence and imagination, and the charity aims to increase literacy rates in Scotland.
They work in some of Scotland’s most disadvantaged and under-resourced areas, delivering workshops that encourage and empower young people to put pen to paper, build their writing skills, and express themselves confidently.
Super Power Agency urgently needs mobile phones and tablets for its staff.
Having the right equipment is essential; without it, their ability to work with sensitive and confidential data, including that of teachers and young people in schools, as well as with their amazing volunteers, is currently being limited.

As a small charity, this gift makes a real difference - it’s the first time we’ve ever had a work phone! These devices will help us stay connected and manage our work more efficiently when supporting our community.”
Your generosity will make our daily operations smoother and allow us to focus more on the people who need us most. Thank you for believing in our mission!
