SLS supports the Fetlor Youth Club
Scientific Laboratory Supplies is a supplier of laboratory equipment, consumables and chemicals to universities, NHS, Biotech and industrial laboratories throughout the UK.
As part of their supply contract with the University of Edinburgh, they are asked to engage with the ESES Communities Team to explore opportunities for social value investment in Edinburgh and Southeast Scotland. This is the second year of collaboration, and through this, they have been introduced to the Fetlor Youth Club in Edinburgh.
Fetlor Youth Club had a live request on the ESES Communities Portal requesting supermarket vouchers.
Richie Adams, CEO, said, “We help young people thrive through the provision of a hot, healthy meal for everyone who attends our club. We focus on building confidence, broadening horizons, and supporting personal growth, particularly among those who may face barriers to opportunity. All funding towards these aims is very welcome and appreciated."

We thank SLS for their kind support. The donation has been put towards our food budget. Every week, we provide over 330 hot and healthy meals for the Children and Youth who attend Fetlor. Sometimes this is their only hot meal of the day.
