SLS supports Fife Gingerbread
Scientific Laboratory Supplies is a supplier of laboratory equipment, consumables and chemicals to universities, NHS, Biotech and industrial laboratories throughout the UK.
As part of their supply contract with the University of Edinburgh, they are required to engage with the ESES Communities Team to explore opportunities for social value investment in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas of Southeast Scotland. This is the second year of collaboration, and this year they were particularly keen to support organisations in Fife.
Fife Gingerbread are a voluntary sector organisation that provides advice and support to lone parents and families in need all over Fife.
They had a live request on the ESES Portal for their annual ‘Heat and Eat Appeal’. Every penny raised through the Appeal goes directly to support families in crisis, providing critical support all year round.
