Can you supply plants, shrubs & bulbs?

Ask: Can you brighten up Roslin in Midlothian by supplying plants, bulbs and shrubs to a community gardening group?

Roslin Guerrilla Gardeners look after community spaces in the village, partly inspired by other guerrilla gardening groups in Midlothian and partly because the council has no spare money for this activity.

One of our projects is Roslin Medical Practice; the feedback about the changes we have made is extremely positive but also sad. We heard the staff are under so much pressure (the number of patients has doubled, but the number of staff is unchanged); however, the sight of a bit of colour as they go to work gives them a little boost.

Many passers-by have told us how the improved green spaces significantly lift their mood, but there is so much more to do!

 

 

We would love to do more here. The practice stands in a large green space and we are in need of many more plants, bulbs and shrubs for the space. We will happily accept donations of plants or money.
