Help provide children with coats, hats and gloves
Edinburgh School Uniform Bank update
Description
No child should go to school cold or wet. That is why we are appealing for funds to provide children with coats, hats, gloves and other essentials over the winter months.
One of our partner schools told us "These coats will be an absolute godsend this winter. We already used one for a child who came to school with no coat as they were crying and not wanting to go outside at lunchtime because of the cold wind."
We have a waiting list of schools that are desperate for coats and other winter warmers for their children.
Why help?
By funding these essentials, businesses can make an immediate difference in the lives of local children, as well as giving them the opportunity to reach their full potential by going to school warm, dry and ready to learn & play.
