The Benefits of Fair and Flexible Working Webinar Series

East Lothian Council and partners, as part of East Lothian Community Wealth Building, are pleased to invite East Lothian businesses to attend one of new series of free webinars designed to help strengthen organisations through fair and flexible work.

Fair, flexible working practices are increasingly recognised as key to:

● attracting and retaining talent

● improving productivity

● supporting staff wellbeing

● strengthening bids for grants and tenders

● reducing costs and improving sustainability

 

 

They are also central to the East Lothian’s Community Wealth Building approach, supporting businesses to adopt inclusive, democratic and people-centred practices that benefit employers, employees and the wider community. In partnership with Flexible Working Scotland, these sessions will provide practical guidance, real examples, and insights from East Lothian employers who have already implemented these approaches.
