The Ask
14th Midlothian Scouts Group requires a valuation of the Scout building, as we have not had this done in quite some time. This is needed for insurance purposes. The building is a basic Scout Hall. We are not selling the property.

Why
The Scouts are a very important part of the community and create incredible personal growth for the young people who participate. They can help build essential life skills like confidence, self-esteem, leadership, teamwork, and responsibilities. They also encourage a love of the outdoors and adventure whilst promoting the value of community involvement—all in a fun and friendly environment!
Volunteers run the Scouts, and this support would be invaluable.
