Eat Sleep Ride CIC
Description
Established in 2017 Eat, Sleep, Ride was created to offer a down to earth and accessible to all riding establishment. They have developed a nurturing and safe environment for people and ponies to thrive.

They offer commercial riding lessons, hacking & trekking across the beautiful Scottish Borders, contributing to the local economy and raising trading income to support their social enterprise work.
Through this, the charity offers equine therapy and a range of emotional development programmes to children and young people facing a range of challenges including physical and learing disabilities, experience of trauma or those without a positive educational destination.
The yard truly is unique and offers so much more than a session with the horses. They focus on discovering who the individuals are so they can give them the best support, both, emotionally and professionally.
Eat Sleep Ride CIC’s approach is tailored to the individual’s needs, and they have seen transformative results with people becoming self-aware, confident and resilient. This is evident when new challenges arise.
