Volunteer with Eat, Sleep, Ride

Eat Sleep Ride CIC

Status: Open Request
Location: Scottish Borders
Town: Lamberton

Description

Established in 2017 Eat, Sleep, Ride was created to offer a down to earth and accessible to all riding establishment. They have developed a nurturing and safe environment for people and ponies to thrive.

They offer commercial riding lessons, hacking & trekking across the beautiful Scottish Borders, contributing to the local economy and raising trading income to support their social enterprise work.

Through this, the charity offers equine therapy and a range of emotional development programmes to children and young people facing a range of challenges including physical and learning disabilities, experience of trauma or those without a positive educational destination.

Eat Sleep Ride CIC’s approach is tailored to the individual’s needs, and they have seen transformative results with people becoming self-aware, confident and resilient. This is evident when new challenges arise.
